Claude Code plugin
The SourceFinch plugin for Claude Code bundles the SourceFinch MCP server with skills for the everyday workflows, so Claude knows how to go from a catalog source to a monitor, explain changes and hand over evidence.
Install
In your shell:
claude plugin marketplace add CommonElements/tsg-claude-plugins claude plugin install sourcefinch@tsg-plugins
Or from inside a Claude Code session:
/plugin install sourcefinch --marketplace CommonElements/tsg-claude-plugins
On first use, run /mcp, choose sourcefinch and sign in. Your client gets a token for one project; disconnect it any time in Console → Security → Connected apps. SourceFinch is an invite-only beta for now; request access.
To receive new versions automatically, open /plugin → Marketplaces → tsg-plugins and turn on auto-update, or run claude plugin update sourcefinch@tsg-plugins.
What it adds
| Skill or command | What it does |
|---|---|
monitor-source | Finds a Verified catalog source (or previews your own URL), confirms your rights, creates the monitor, takes the baseline and sets the schedule. |
review-changes | Explains what was added, removed or changed since the last run or over a period, and flags degraded runs for your decision. |
export-evidence | Exports records as CSV or JSON, fetches the capture behind a value, and returns the signed manifest or the WACZ evidence bundle. |
setup-delivery | Creates a signed webhook destination, sends a test, and checks delivery receipts. |
/sourcefinch:status | Your plan, usage and the health of your sources at a glance. |
The plugin is open source: CommonElements/tsg-claude-plugins. It runs no code on your machine; the skills are instructions, and everything else goes through the MCP server with the same limits and permissions as the REST API.
