What the data contains
UK Health Security Agency publishes its official statistics on GOV.UK. GOV.UK's research and statistics finder provides, for each organisation, an Atom feed of the 20 most recently published or updated statistics pages. This source reads the UK Health Security Agency feed of published statistics daily and makes one record per statistics page, keyed by its feed identifier, with the title, link, last-updated time and GOV.UK's summary. Releases cover infectious disease surveillance (flu, COVID-19, norovirus, bacteraemia and C. difficile), vaccination coverage and all-cause mortality surveillance. A monitor reports each new release and each update to an existing statistics page (new editions are often added to the same page). The statistics themselves and their attachments are not fetched; titles and summaries describe the statistics, not people. An entry leaving the 20-item window is not a withdrawal. SourceFinch is independent of UK Health Security Agency.
Fields and types
Every record has these fields. The key field id identifies a record across runs, so changes are reported field by field.
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
idkey | string | GOV.UK feed entry identifier (a tag: URI naming the page's path), stable across revisions. The record key. |
title | string | Title of the statistics page as published on GOV.UK. |
url | url | Link to the statistics page on GOV.UK; the page and its attachments are not fetched. |
updated_at | datetime | Time GOV.UK last published a change to the page, with its UTC offset; not the reference period of the statistics. |
summary | string, nullable | Short summary from the feed, when GOV.UK provides one. |
Sample output
The first 5 of 20 records from SourceFinch's own run on October 13, 2026, exactly as delivered.

]Evidence behind every value
- Each run keeps the publisher's exact response, hashed with SHA-256. This sample came from a response with hash
ee326252643ac7042e10fc6ccf264f1227e85100bba05d215a98e2f48149041c. - Every value records where it came from in that response: a CSS path into the retained capture.
- Each run gets a signed manifest (Ed25519) timestamped by an RFC 3161 authority: this run's manifest hash is
b8408ce11d6fd09d84e1fb1f09abdf589b86e7db81f33c8857466fccf9708324, timestamped October 13, 2026. - The compliance state at capture is recorded with the evidence: robots.txt hash and verdict, AI-preference signals, crawler identity and the usage rights below.
- Download any run as an evidence bundle (WACZ) and check it offline, without trusting SourceFinch:
sourcefinch verify-bundle run.wacz.

GOV.UK's terms state that its content, including feeds made available for other websites and applications, is published under the Open Government Licence v3.0 unless otherwise stated, which permits copying, publishing, adapting and commercial use with attribution. Personal data and third-party rights are outside that licence; this source reads only feed metadata (identifiers, titles, links, update times and summaries) for UK Health Security Agency statistics and never fetches linked pages. www.gov.uk/robots.txt allows the research and statistics feed path (it disallows only /search/all and print views).
Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Source: UK Health Security Agency. SourceFinch is independent of the publisher.
Usage rights travel with every record SourceFinch delivers (API, exports, webhooks and evidence bundles). They are our documented understanding of the publisher's stated terms, not legal advice.

Measured on completed runs of this recipe version across SourceFinch, anonymized, within a rolling 30-day window. First successful observation: October 13, 2026. A new recipe has only the history collected since that date; this is not a 30-day uptime guarantee.
Use it
Every surface creates the same monitor from this Verified recipe. Monitors keep record history, report field-level changes and deliver by webhook, export or email. You confirm you have the right to collect the source (rights: true).
Console
Open this recipe in the console: it preserves the reviewed URL, fields and record key. Review the latest captured sample, confirm source rights, and choose a schedule before creating your monitor.
Portable recipe
Copy into the console's Import or share a recipe panel to customize fields, types and schedules. This configuration contains no captured records or workspace IDs.
